W & W Lawyers combines the activities of trans-regional law firms Hoge Gutsche Walter and Reinhardt Kögel & Partner. Both law firms were founded by former members of Walter & Walter Lawyers and Notaries on January 1st, 2009. Their core practice areas are insolvency administration as well as business recovery and restructuring consulting.
As a law firm alliance W & W Lawyers is located in six cities across Germany: Frankfurt am Main, Rostock, Heidelberg, Berlin, Gießen and Marburg. The alliance’s six insolvency administrators are appointed by insolvency courts all over the country. A staff of about 45, ten of which are lawyers, is working in the alliance’s law offices. Furthermore, W & W Lawyers cooperates closely with Walter & Walter and other law firms and tax consultants providing mutual access to their capacities.
With our many years of experience and our personnel resources, we are perfectly positioned to provide insolvency administration and counsel for any kind and size of mandate.
